The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in sales, excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Market knowledge, networking abilities, and a proven track record in business development are essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:



Responsible for generating leads and converting them into projects.

Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and close deals.

Understand client requirements and submit proposals accordingly.

The candidate should have a digital marketing understanding and use social media for lead generation.

Cold calling, networking, and maintaining a strong online presence are essential aspects of the role.

Identify new opportunities for business growth.

Maintain relationships with existing clients to develop client referrals.

Brief existing clients about additional services and encourage them to engage.

Experience in sourcing interior projects for corporate and commercial is highly preferred.

Update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Develop and execute plans to maximize sales and generate revenue.

Implement marketing and promotional strategies for organizational promotion and development.

Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.

Ability to work independently and report progress effectively.

Pleasing personality with a proven track record in sales.

Ability to contact, qualify, and close current and prospective clients.

Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment and teamwork mindset.

Sharp, smart attitude with the ability to lead interactions effectively.

Maintain good relationships with organizations in the industry.

Conduct market studies for commercial development and futuristic client anchoring.

Explain modern and theme-oriented interior design concepts to clients.

Source target-based projects and engage with market leaders effectively.

Strong networking with architects, builders, and commercial clients.

Marketing Experience in Interior Projects for Corporate and Commercial Sectors.

Excellent communication skills, with experience in an interior fit-out firm.

Strong networking abilities with architects, builders, and commercial clients.

Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.

Excellent communication and coordination skills in Hindi and English.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven Experience of 2 - 3 years in related field.
