- ? Identify and develop new customers.
- Identify growth opportunities and support in go to market strategy.
- Manage end to end sales solution cycle.
- Technical & commercial agreements with the customers
- Customer Account management
- consultative sales experience within manufacturing industry of 3-5 years
- A solid technical background with an engineering degree
- Market knowledge of refrigeration industry (customers, suppliers etc)
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Sales and business acumen
- High level of enthusiasm and persistence in pursuing goals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly structured, analytical, fact & detailed oriented
- Autonomous, visionary, innovative, proactive, and self-motivated
