Job Description

We are looking for a

Business Development Manager

to lead sales and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a target-driven approach, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities. Generate leads and convert them into sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Understand customer needs and offer suitable services. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth execution. Prepare sales reports and share feedback with management.

Skills Required:



Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong presentation and convincing ability. Self-motivated and result-oriented. Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Experience in the visa, immigration, or overseas education industry will be an added advantage.
