We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager.The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities,building strong client relationships,and driving revenue growth.This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent sales skills, market knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a competitive retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Business. Identify and onboard new retail partners and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities. Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent growth in r sales performance. Collaborate with internal teams for product training, promotions, and inventory planning. Monitor customer feedback to enhance service quality and drive client satisfaction. Prepare regular sales reports and present insights to management. Proven experience in sales or business development. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and adapt to market dynamics. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹14,052.19 - ₹58,846.37 per month
