1. You shall be responsible for achieving the weekly/monthly admission target of the centers assigned to you
2. You Shall be responsible for ensuring sales process adherence.
3. You Shall be responsible for the admission process & documentation, batch formation, and giving career seminars at education institutes, schools, colleges, etc.
4. Facilitate data management, team management, and preparing MIS
5. Leading by example and ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counseling by sales team
6. You shall make productive Business Tie-ups
7. You must conduct STP activities regularly for your centers.
8. Ensuring the sales team is doing proper and timely follow-ups of walk-ins.
9. Visiting centers assigned to you and ensuring sales targets are.
