Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to oversee and accelerate the company's growth through strategic business development initiatives. The BDM will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue through new and existing markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities. Generate leads and set up meetings with key decision-makers to present Fillip Technologies' services.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Drive sales of software solutions and services to new and existing clients.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors. Provide recommendations to senior management on how to capitalize on emerging trends.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to customize proposals and presentations. Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, market insights, and business development activities.
Negotiation & Closing Deals:
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. Close deals to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Brand Representation:
Represent Fillip Technologies at conferences, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our brand and services.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
2+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the technology or software industry.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients.
Sales & Negotiation Expertise:
Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking:
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
Self-motivated & Results-Driven:
Ability to work independently and be accountable for sales targets and goals.
Tech-Savvy:
Understanding of IT/Software development services is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B sales or selling IT services.
Strong network within the IT/Tech industry.
Experience with digital marketing and lead-generation techniques.
