Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Representative

to promote and sell our range of beverages, including bottled water, juices, energy drinks, and carbonated products. The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships, drive product visibility, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets in their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell the company's beverage products to retailers, distributors, HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes), and modern trade outlets. Achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers. Ensure product availability, proper display, and brand visibility at all retail points. Identify and onboard new clients while nurturing relationships with existing ones. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Execute promotional activities and support marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team. Collect customer feedback and provide suggestions for product improvements. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and market insights. Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies. Coordinate with supply chain/logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of sales experience in the FMCG or beverage industry (preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools. Must possess a valid driving license (if applicable for field sales).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
