Job Description

We are looking for an experinced Business Development Manager to oversee business operations in the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for driving growth, managing teams and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations within the assigned region. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional team. Ensure compliance with company polices, procedures and standards

Qualifications & Skills :

BBA , PGDM and Master's degree preferred . Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and create actionable insight .

Locations :

Bangalore, Delhi and Patna

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
