  • Sales Manager | Business Development Manager - The Role is For an Inside Sales For Building and Leading a Sales Team to Help Drive Revenue, Motivate the Team, Generate Leads, Connect, Communicate and Convert to Sales and Closures. The current Hiring is for a NEWS Channel, We\'re Looking For a Very Dynamic Team, Flexible On Timing, Handling the Pressures and Situations, Manage Teams, Create Culture Codes, and Organizing Large-scale Scale Events. Should be Very Outward and Flexible in timing also.
  • Candidate Should Be Very Good in Communication and Multi Lingual. Handle all In-House and External Sessions.
  • Make Presentations and present to Clients, Customers, and Sales Team.
  • Take Training Sessions
  • Complete Product Training for the Sales Team, Clients, and Customers.
  • Handling Queries, Escalation Calls, Regular Review Meetings,
  • Handling the Team, Performance Monitoring, Point allocation
  • Motivate Team, Generate Leads, Build Relationships, Set Targets to Exceed Revenue Forecast, and Meet the Needs.
  • Design and Implement Strategic Sales Plan and Ensure a Strong Presence.
  • Guide, Train, and Mentor the Teams continuously, Analyze the Data, and Execute Strategies Accordingly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per month Benefits:
