We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Business Development Manager to expand our B2B network across the travel trade. The candidate will be responsible for developing new partnerships with travel agencies, maintaining key accounts, and ensuring consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new B2B travel agents & partners
Manage existing agent relationships and ensure repeat business
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Present company products and itineraries to agents
Generate leads through networking, trade fairs, and online platforms
Coordinate with the operations and reservations team for smooth execution
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in B2B travel sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong market understanding and client network within the travel trade
Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional
Based in Mumbai (willingness to travel as required)

Competitive salary with incentive-based rewards
