Business Development Managers
for both
B2B
and
B2C
divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage new business opportunities with
architects, interior designers, builders, and real estate developers (B2B)
as well as
homeowners and retail clients (B2C)
.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful sales through consultative selling and relationship management.
Conduct product presentations, showroom walkthroughs, and design consultations to showcase Radiance's product range and craftsmanship.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with professional partners and end clients.
Collaborate closely with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Track market trends, identify new opportunities, and provide feedback to the management team.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Represent Radiance Kitchens & Furniture at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or related field
.
2-5 years of experience
in business development or sales within
interiors, modular furniture, or real estate
industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
Interest or background in
interior design and premium lifestyle products
preferred.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing both B2B and B2C pipelines simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
