Business Development Manager
to drive growth, partnerships, and international student enrollment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, sales, or partnerships, with a genuine passion for yoga, wellness, and conscious living.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement
business growth strategies
to increase admissions and course enrollments.
Identify and build partnerships with
yoga studios, retreat centers, and international agencies.
Manage
B2B collaborations, affiliate programs,
and referral networks.
Explore opportunities for
online and offline marketing campaigns
to expand global reach.
Conduct
market research
to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
Work closely with the
marketing and SEO teams
to align strategies with brand objectives.
Track performance, prepare reports, and present growth insights to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in business development or marketing (preferably in the yoga, wellness, or education industry).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Passion for yoga, holistic wellness, and global community engagement.
