Job Description

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in defence, particularly armoured vehicles, tanks, and spares. Build and maintain relationships with AVNL, MoD, DRDO, Armed Forces, and key stakeholders. Track and respond to defence tenders, RFPs, and RFQs with compliant proposals. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with government and private clients. Develop and execute strategic growth plans aligned with AVNL's product portfolio. Provide market intelligence on defence procurement, competitors, and policy updates. Coordinate with engineering, R&D, and production teams to align offerings with customer needs. Ensure compliance with DAP, government procurement rules, and QA/QC standards. Achieve sales targets, maintain a healthy business pipeline, and deliver regular reports to management. Two Wheeler Must. English proficiency plus.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
