2. Market Development
Conduct market research to identify new markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration.
Monitor competitors' products, pricing, and promotional activities.
3. Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
Build long-term relationships with
architects, builders, OEM clients, and channel partners
.
Ensure timely resolution of client queries and complaints.
4. Product Promotion
Conduct product demos, presentations, and sampling at client locations.
Participate in trade exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional events.
Promote new product launches and ensure visibility at retail counters.
5. Operational & Reporting
Track and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools (if applicable).
Prepare weekly/monthly visit reports, sales forecasts, and MIS.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, marketing) for smooth operations.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
Tiles, Sanitary Ware, CP Fittings, or Building Material Industry

Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Ability to handle B2B sales, dealer management, and project sales.
Good networking with
