Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold/warm outreach
Generate leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals to meet revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, operations, delivery, marketing)
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reports in CRM
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability in B2B sales and client acquisition
Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
Strategic thinking with result-oriented mindset
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint
