Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute student outreach and admission strategies to achieve enrolment targets for the PGDM program
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, coaching institutes, counsellors, and corporate partners to enhance institute visibility.
Plan, coordinate, and participate in education fairs, seminars, campus visits, and promotional activities.
Conduct counselling sessions for prospective students and parents, providing detailed information about the PGDM program, career prospects, and admission procedures.
Generate, manage, and convert leads through various channels including digital platforms, field visits, and referral networks.
Collaborate with the team to design and implement promotional campaigns for admissions.
Prepare periodic reports on outreach activities, lead status, target achievements, and market insights.
Identify new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to enhance the admissions pipeline.
Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maintain quality communication across all stages of the admission cycle.
Represent the institute professionally, upholding its values and ensuring high standards of engagement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
