Techno Commercial KnowledgeThorough understanding of Polycab and market offerings i.e. products and benefits.
Also perform market benchmarking to evaluate new products, schemes, and other market actions.
Offer suitable product to the customer as per company's strength and availability
Sales Target AchievementDrive both primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Execute sales strategies and plans within the territory.
Recommend tactical actions to meet revenue goals.
Distributor Engagement & Performance ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors.
Drive recurring sales and ensure consistent billing cycles.
Support distributor performance through regular reviews and engagement.
Coordinate with distributors for order planning, scheme execution, and inventory alignment.
Understanding the pain points and expectations of the businessMastering the art and science of asking, listening and conversing with the distributors, channel partners, etc. with an aim to understand both expressed and latent needs.
