Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Business Development Manager

to drive growth in our TIC services, particularly within the

food and pharmaceutical sectors

. The ideal candidate will come from a

food or pharma manufacturing background

, possess solid

B2B sales experience

, and be comfortable transitioning into the

TIC industry

.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the

food and pharma manufacturing

sectors for TIC services. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies. Promote a range of analytical, testing, and certification services to meet client-specific requirements. Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and presentations. Collaborate closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business strategy. Meet or exceed set sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree

in Food Technology, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.

5-8years of B2B sales experience

in the

food or pharmaceutical manufacturing

sector. Familiarity with

quality control, regulatory requirements

, and

analytical testing needs

in the manufacturing environment. Strong understanding or interest in the

TIC industry

and willingness to transition into a service-based sales role. Proven track record of business development, client acquisition, and target achievement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
