Hiring: Business Development Manager (B2B Lead Generation & Relationship Builder)

We're looking for someone who's been on the ground,built strong networks and knows how to generate high-quality B2B leads through trust, persistence and hustle.

This is not a desk job. It's a field-driven, relationship-heavy role where you'll represent our brand, open doors, and build a steady sales pipeline for our internal team to close.

Role Objective

To generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline through on-ground networking, outreach and relationship-building with corporates and startups.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach corporate clients, founders, and startup teams for potential partnerships.

Conduct face-to-face meetings, events, and site visits to introduce our services.

Build and maintain long-term professional relationships that convert into steady leads.

Work closely with the sales team -- pass on qualified leads and ensure smooth handover.

Maintain and track all outreach efforts, meetings, and lead progress.

Stay on top of market trends and keep expanding your network across key industries.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in B2B business development or lead generation.

Someone with corporate or startup connects and on-ground hustle.

Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Thick skin -- comfortable handling rejections and pushing through barriers.

Self-driven and target-oriented -- thrives on building something from scratch.
