We are seeking a result-driven and persuasive Business Development Manager to join our Media Sales team. This role is aligned with the UK market and requires prior experience in media sales, preferably across print, digital advertising, events, or sponsorships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets in a competitive international market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities across the UK media market.
Pitch media products such as print ads, digital banners, advertorials, and sponsorships for business events and publications.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with brands, media agencies, and key stakeholders.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Research market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
Prepare customized proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
Collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, and production teams to deliver client expectations.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.
Requirements:
3-6 years of proven sales experience in media, advertising, publishing, or events.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong understanding of media sales in the UK market (experience with international clients is a plus).
Comfortable working in a UK shift.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and persistent.
