Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute institutional sales strategies.
Identify and manage partnerships with colleges and universities.
Act as the Primary Point of Contact (POC) for institutions.
Conduct presentations, seminars, and meetings.
Lead and train a team of Business Development Executives.
Prepare proposals, agreements, and MoUs.
Coordinate internally for onboarding and collaboration.
Analyze market trends and competitors.
Ensure achievement of business goals.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum
1+ years
of experience in Business Development / Institutional Sales.
Bachelor's Degree
required;
MBA preferred
.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage pre-placement, placement, and post-placement processes.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of
Kannada
is a plus.
Leadership skills with team management ability.
Willingness to travel within Karnataka.
Good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage relationships.
