*Key Responsibilities
1.Identify and pursue new international business opportunities for our software and technology services.
2.Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
3.Generate high-quality leads using outreach strategies such as cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn networking.
4.Lead negotiations on proposals, pricing, and contracts that deliver win-win outcomes.
5.Collaborate with marketing teams to align lead generation efforts and messaging.
6.Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools.
7.Provide leadership to junior team members, mentoring and guiding them to achieve team targets.
*What We're Looking For
1.Minimum 5 years of experience in international business development within the IT industry.
2.Proven success in closing high-value deals and managing complete sales cycles.
3.Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
4.Solid understanding of technology trends and the global software services market.
5.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
6.Proactive mindset with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
7.Familiarity with CRM platforms and modern sales tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
