Position Summary:

We are seeking a result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Guwahati Branch to manage student outreach, institutional engagement, and admission growth.

Note: Only male candidates are eligible for this position due to local travel and field assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive monthly and annual enrolment and revenue targets.

Conduct college visits, seminars, and promotional campaigns across Assam and Northeast India.

Build strong relationships with college authorities and student placement cells.

Guide students and parents through the counselling and admission process.

Generate leads through BTL activities, referrals, and direct outreach.

Supervise the branch's counselling/sales team to ensure productivity.

Track leads, maintain CRM updates, and report performance regularly.

Coordinate with the marketing team for local campaigns and visibility.

Required Qualifications:

Graduation required; MBA preferred.

2-5 years of experience in B2C sales, counselling, or education industry.

Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to plan and execute events and outreach independently.

Comfortable with frequent field travel in and around Guwahati.
