Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development professional to promote and sell GIS software, BIM, and CAD-based solutions and consulting services in the North East India region. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, a good understanding of geospatial and design software, and fluency in one or more local North Eastern languages to engage effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and business growth for GIS, BIM, and CAD software solutions (such as ESRI, Autodesk products). Build strong relationships with government departments, infrastructure companies, consultants, and educational institutions. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, client segments, and project leads. Represent the company at regional trade shows, seminars, and industry events. Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, demonstrations, and presentations. Coordinate with internal teams for solution customization and post-sales support. Maintain and update CRM with lead and client interaction details. Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geography, Planning, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of GIS, BIM, CAD, or related technical software. Ability to speak in local language preferred. Willingness to travel extensively across North East India.
