Key Responsibilities

Meet architects, interior designers, and builders daily to build referral relationships Map ongoing residential, villa, and premium housing projects Identify decision-makers and key influencers in each project Drive showroom visits and coordinate design briefs with the internal design/technical team Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and closure to convert projects Maintain CRM records, report visits, and share weekly pipeline updates

Profile Requirements

2-6 years of experience in interiors, building materials, modular furniture, or premium home product sales Must be field-driven, confident, and relationship-oriented Should understand aesthetics and premium product positioning (design background not mandatory) Must have own vehicle for daily field travel across Goa Languages required: English + Hindi/Konkani

Compensation

Total CTC:

5 LPA - 10 LPA

, based on profile and experience Fixed Salary: 50% Performance Incentives: 50% (based on project conversions) Travel allowance provided
