Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for:
Web & App Development
SEO, PPC, Social Media & Performance Marketing
Own the full sales cycle:
proposal ? negotiation ? closure
Achieve and exceed
monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Client Engagement & Strategy
Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals, budgets, and KPIs
Translate client needs into
high-value digital solutions
Position the agency as a
strategic growth partner
, not a commodity vendor
Proposal & Deal Management
Prepare customized proposals, pricing models, and service scopes
Handle negotiations
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools
Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have
Proven experience selling
digital services
(web, app, SEO, paid ads, marketing retainers)
Strong understanding of
digital marketing and technology solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience handling
mid-to-high ticket deals
Preferred
Agency background (Digital Marketing / IT Services / SaaS)
Experience selling to international clients
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho)
Strong LinkedIn and outbound sales experience
