Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
Drive sales initiatives, focusing on profitability and effective forecasting.
Identify new business opportunities and expand presence in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers and distributors.
Strengthen relationships with existing partners to achieve business goals.
Ensure product availability across the dealer network.
Build strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and institutional clients.
Engage with government agencies and large-scale farmers for business opportunities.
Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and field activities.
Offer market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
Represent the company at trade fairs and agricultural events to boost visibility.
Prepare regular reports on sales, market trends, and dealer development.
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Service) to meet customer needs efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-10 years of proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, preferably in agricultural machinery, commercial vehicle, or related products.
Strong knowledge of the agricultural market, dealer/distributor channels, and farmer requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
Strong leadership abilities to guide and mentor the sales team.
Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 50% of the time).
Must possess a valid driving license and ability to drive a car.
