We are now looking for a
Business Development Manager who has strong experience dealing with U.S. clients, staffing firms, or HR teams
, and can help us expand in the North American market.
Responsibilities
Identify and acquire U.S.-based staffing agencies, consulting firms, employers, and HR departments.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking groups, and HR communities in the US.
Conduct product demos and pitch our products to U.S. decision-makers.
Build long-term relationships with clients, MSPs, VMS networks, and independent recruiters in the U.S.
Understand U.S. recruitment processes -- W2, C2C, 1099, contract hiring, vendor management systems (VMS).
Work during
US business hours (partial overlap)
for meetings and client calls.
Negotiate pricing, agreements, and close deals in coordination with the founders.
Provide market feedback from U.S. clients to help shape product features.
Required Experience
? 4-5 years of experience in
Business Development / Sales / Account Management
? Prior experience working with
U.S. clients in IT Staffing, Recruitment SaaS, HRTech, ATS, or Consulting
? Understanding of U.S. hiring models - W2, C2C, 1099, Vendor & Client relationships
? Proven record of closing deals or building partnerships with U.S. companies
? Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
? Comfortable working in
evening/night shift for U.S. time zones
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹460,024.26 - ₹606,317.93 per year
