You will be the face of the company with 100s of partners on the ground that support us. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting partnerships and forging strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities: Manage existing accounts with proper relationship building, with the intention of growing leads and business from them. Hunt for new accounts to onboard them and tell them about amber and how we are different from other marketplaces and platforms. Meet the targets of bookings and leads from the partners that are being managed in your territory. Liaison with internal teams such as operations, supply, finance, and marketing to ensure that leads are catered effectively and closed. Provide feedback around reasons why leads are not closed and set an action plan. Conduct joint meetings with internal teams and partners to align on expectations and targets and plans for the quarter. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Requirements and skills: Relationship management skills, ability to speak to executives, managers, and CEOs to get the business. Follow-up management, on the funnel of leads and conversion levers Intent to travel and meet all customers in the territory. Field sales acumen. Day planning of meetings.
