Job Responsibilities

Recruit, manage & develop

Agency Partners

for business growth. Drive sales targets through Agency Partners. Provide training, motivation & support to partners to improve productivity. Ensure month-on-month business growth in line with company goals. Maintain strong market relationships & build a reliable partner network.

APC (Agency Partner Channel)

? Experience in

Life Insurance

industry
? Minimum

?25,000 yearly incentive

Graduation is mandatory
