JOB DESCRIPTION - Business Development Manager (BDM)

Mode: Work From Home

Salary: n50,000 - n70,000/month + Incentives

Experience Required: 3-10 years

ROLE SUMMARY

This role involves handling sales for two main services:

1) LED Frame Advertising

2) TVC / Film / Corporate Video Production

The BDM must generate leads, pitch both services, and close deals independently with complete

ownership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Acquire clients for LED frame advertising campaigns. Bring clients for TVCs, brand films, corporate videos, product videos, and digital content. Endntonend sales: Lead generation Pitching Negotiation Closure. Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate client communication. Maintain daily sales reporting and weekly performance updates. Build longnterm client relationships through consistent follownups.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS (Mandatory)

3-10 years hardcore B2B/B2C sales experience. Experience in Advertising / Marketing / Media / Production sales preferred. Excellent spoken & written English. Strong negotiation, pitching, and closing skills. Must be selfndriven & targetnoriented. Ability to work remotely without supervision. Laptop + strong internet connection is mandatory.
PERFORMANCE TARGETS

LED Advertising: 6-8 confirmed closures per month. TVC/Video Production: 2-3 confirmed closings per month. Combined monthly revenue targets must be achieved. Continuous nonnperformance will result in strict action including termination.
COMPENSATION

Fixed Salary: n50,000 - n70,000 based on experience Attractive incentives on every LED + TVC closure Incentive payouts released monthly
