Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pitch, and close deals with new clients for advertising and branding services
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, strategy) for campaign execution
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Prepare and present proposals and pitch decks tailored to client needs
Attend networking events and industry conferences to build pipelines
Maintain sales reports and CRM records for tracking performance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3 to 8 years of experience in business development or ad sales (digital, print, or media)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong industry network and client handling experience
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
