Objective of the Position We are in need of an experienced and resourceful Business Development Manager to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We\xe2\x80\x99re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for managers who are customer-obsessed and ready to solve the changing needs of our clients. The Candidate should be able to understand our marketing Strategy along with our strengths and promote the same in his area of selling. Successful applicants should also be willing to travel. Brief Requirement from the Candidate Should have experience on operations & business development in the assigned location & surrounding areas with Good industry connect Should be able research & Identify new opportunities with ability to generate leads and RFQ\'s. Should have the ability to properly assess potential prospects. Should have a good knowledge of Transport & Warehousing Operations. This will help in initial scoping and can support the solutions team. Should be able to prepare & deliver a sales pitch. Should be able to find vendors , evaluate them, deal & negotiate with them. Should be able to build relationships with ease. Maintain fruitful relations and address the clients needs with our services. Should be able to support brand and visibility initiatives driven from HO. Candidate should be willing to travel and be on the field. Needless to say - he should have all the soft skills required for a Business Development role and should be self driven & with a passion to perform. Should be able to work with the senior team to identify and mitigate risks at the time of customer acquisition. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 1,500,000.00 per year Schedule:
