As a
Business Development Manager
, you'll be at the forefront of identifying opportunities, creating partnerships, and driving revenue -- while collaborating with a dynamic, ambitious, and entrepreneurial team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new clients across industries and verticals.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and repeat business.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new consulting services and business lines.
Research markets and sectors to identify trends, partnership opportunities, and emerging client needs.
Craft compelling proposals, pitch decks, and presentations tailored to client objectives.
Collaborate closely with consulting, delivery, and marketing teams to co-create impactful client solutions.
Consistently meet and exceed revenue, acquisition, and growth targets.
Represent the firm at industry events, networking forums, and business summits to enhance visibility and partnerships.
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or strategic partnerships -- preferably in consulting, professional services, or related sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Base Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
