The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both direct sales and online business platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive business growth through innovative and result-oriented approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through direct sales and online freelancing platforms.
Identify, qualify, and close sales leads across global markets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Create and deliver customized proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Track, measure, and report business development performance against targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competition, and new technologies in the IT services space.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in business development within the IT services industry.
Proven success in direct sales and online freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of IT services, software development cycles, and client needs.
A team player with leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of thinking out of the box.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
