About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and communicate with potential consultants within the defined geographic location as required and instructed by management from time to time
2. Identify and establish communication with potential polyclinic and diagnostic centers to establish effective referral channels for patients
3. Maintain a comprehensive list of clinics, diagnostic centers, and hospitals
4. Conduct email and telephonic discussions with clients for initial promotional efforts
5. Update and maintain a list of prospective clients for subsequent follow-up
6. Ensure prompt payment disbursal to all consultants
7. Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports
8. Engage in essential travel as per the submitted travel plan approved by management
9. Comprehend the company\'s business ethics and operational processes for effective client communication
10. Set clear expectations with referring doctors, healthcare facilities, and other B2B clients regarding service delivery and mutual benefits
11. Work towards achieving the defined targets for empanelment and revenue generation
12. Be accessible for patient management and promptly address grievances to enhance patient satisfaction and exhibit exceptional service delivery
13. Report revenue generation in coordination with the facility operations team
