About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Sales Manager (Female) with a strong background in real estate, hospitality, or aviation sectors. The ideal candidate should possess solid experience in client relationship management, driving sales performance, and handling high-value clientele with professionalism and poise. A customer-centric approach, excellent communication, and a strategic mindset are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to sales inquiries through various channels.

Draft sales proposals, presentations, and maintain essential documentation.

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and sales pitches to convert leads into clients.

Maintain follow-ups with existing and prospective clients to ensure a high conversion rate.

Contribute to developing sales strategies and achieving assigned targets.

Nurture and manage long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers.

Track competitor activities and propose positioning strategies accordingly.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and post-sale service.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and business opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA/PG in Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

5-10 years of sales or liaison experience in real estate, hospitality, or aviation sectors.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.

Proficiency in Excel and ability to create professional documentation and reports.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Pleasing personality with the confidence to engage high-value clients.

Ready to travel as per business requirements.
