Key Responsibilities:
? Develop expansion strategy for Dubai & India
? Build partnerships with channel partners & brokers
? Manage HNI / NRI clients & key accounts
? Lead sales growth across off-plan & secondary
? Identify new markets & opportunities
? Attend events, expos & drive brand presence
Requirements:
5-7 years real estate BD experience
Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate
Indian market/NRI experience preferred
Excellent communication & leadership
RERA certificate is an advantage
