Role Overview

We're looking for a

Business Development Manager

who can help Maxshapez grow both commercially and as a brand. This role blends strategic sales, marketing insight, and relationship-building. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening our market presence, and shaping the marketing strategies that define how customers experience Maxshapez.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our customer base and market reach. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and distributors. Work closely with leadership to define and implement marketing and brand positioning strategies. Identify new market opportunities, segments, and partnerships that align with company goals. Collaborate with marketing teams to plan campaigns, product launches, and brand-building initiatives. Research competitors, market trends, and customer needs to inform sales and marketing strategies. Create presentations, proposals, and promotional materials tailored to different audiences. Represent Maxshapez at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to enhance visibility and awareness.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing (MBA is a plus). 3-6 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales -- preferably in manufacturing, 3D printing, or industrial technology. Strong understanding of B2B markets, brand positioning, and digital marketing concepts. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.
