Job Brief:

We are looking for an ambitious & energized individual to help us expand our horizons in the assigned city. The person will be responsible to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Chuk in the assigned City by building End Customers like QSR, Cafes, Cloud Kitchens, D2C, Corporates, Institutional Customers, Wholesale Business
• Team up with the sales team and work on the growth strategy which focuses on financial gain & customer satisfaction
• Follow all the defined business processes to ensure standardization.
• Maintain healthy client relationships - Maintain and grow the existing business by Up Selling and Cross Selling.
• Execute effective sales and marketing strategies with the City Business Head to ensure customer acquisition,
• Discover sales opportunities through market search and survey and implement sales funnel for building the pipeline.
• Strong business development exposure to understand customer requirements and provide solutions accordingly.
• Clarity on market trends and competitive landscape understanding
• Brand promotion and alignment

Required Key Skills, Experience & qualifications

• Graduate with 5-6 years of experience in the FMCG Industry segment- disposals segment preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively within the City
• Technology building and data-based decision making
• Excellent communication & analytical mindset
