Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

BDE Lead

to head our digital marketing business development team. The role involves acquiring new clients for digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Paid Ads, Content Marketing, etc.), managing client relationships, and leading a team of executives to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and guide the BDE team to generate qualified leads for digital marketing services. Develop and implement sales strategies for services such as SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development. Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outbound prospecting. Pitch digital marketing solutions tailored to client needs and close sales deals. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align sales pitches with service offerings. Manage client onboarding and maintain strong long-term relationships for renewals and upselling. Achieve individual and team sales targets, ensuring revenue growth. Track sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and present them to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 3-6 years of experience in business development / sales in a

digital marketing agency

. Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, Email Marketing, etc.). Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience in leading and mentoring a small sales team. Proficiency with CRM tools, lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).
