ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Key Duties:


Client Relationship Management:

+ Maintain and nurture existing client relationships.
+ Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to current clients.
+ Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and addressing their needs.

Business Development:




+ Utilise a strategic approach to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
+ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
+ Recommend different product options to clients based on their needs and market trends.

Communication and Sales:




+ Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our products and services.
+ Engage in persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.

Record Keeping and Documentation:




+ Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions.
+ Provide regular reports on business development activities and results.

Strategic Planning and Recommendations:




+ Meet regularly with the management team to discuss business development strategies and goals.
+ Provide recommendations for improvements in products, services, and business processes.

Team Collaboration:


+ Develop effective communication platforms for both clients and internal teams.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Skills Required:


Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a minimum of 3 years Proven experience and track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
