ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Duties:
Client Relationship Management:
+ Maintain and nurture existing client relationships.
+ Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to current clients.

Business Development:
+ Utilise a strategic approach to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
+ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
+ Recommend different product options to clients based on their needs and market trends.
Communication and Sales:
+ Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our products and services.
+ Engage in persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
Record Keeping and Documentation:
+ Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions.
+ Provide regular reports on business development activities and results.
Strategic Planning and Recommendations:
+ Meet regularly with the management team to discuss business development strategies and goals.

Skills Required:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a minimum of 3 years
Proven experience and track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
