target-driven and proactive Business Development Team Lead
to manage a team of six Associates driving investor acquisition and engagement for the
Malgopay Project Ambassador Program
. This is a leadership role combining
team management, business development strategy, and operational ownership
to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 6 Business Development Associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Drive high-volume outreach through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and Zoom meetings to convert prospects into investors.
Review and audit communication quality to ensure professionalism and consistency in messaging.
Set clear performance goals, track progress, and implement corrective actions when needed.
Collaborate directly with the Founder on lead updates, key conversions, and strategy enhancements.
Maintain accurate reports and dashboards to monitor pipeline health and campaign performance.
Participate in investor meetings and assist with high-value negotiations and closures.
Address objections and delays during the onboarding process to accelerate conversions.
Continuously refine sales scripts, FAQs, and follow-up strategies to improve conversion rates.
Profile Requirements:
3-6 years of experience
in business development, inside sales, telesales, or lead conversion.
Prior experience managing a target-driven sales or business development team.
Excellent verbal communication skills in
English and at least one South Indian language
(Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada).
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
High-energy, disciplined, and performance-focused mindset.
Preferred:
Experience managing female telesales or field sales teams.

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
