Role Overview
We are looking for a
Business Development Lead - India
who can take end-to-end ownership of revenue growth. This is a
hands-on, high-impact role
for someone who understands complex products, can crack diverse Indian markets, and has the leadership maturity to build and scale sales execution.
You will work closely with founders and leadership to expand ARULA's footprint nationwide, drive enrolments, unlock new revenue streams, and build a high-performing sales engine.
Key Responsibilities
Own
revenue generation across India
, with a sharp focus on lead generation, market penetration, and enrolments
Identify, test, and scale
new revenue drivers
, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies
Build, manage, and optimise a
team of junior sales executives
, ensuring consistent monthly revenue targets are met
Design and execute structured sales funnels, outreach strategies, and follow-up systems
Translate complex offerings in
AI, Autism Therapy, and E-Learning
into clear value propositions for parents, institutions, and partners
Track performance metrics, forecast revenue, and continuously improve conversion efficiency
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with on-ground realities
Represent ARULA in strategic discussions, partnerships, and key client negotiations
Required Qualifications
Mandatory:
B.E / B.Tech background
Mandatory:
MBA or CFA (completed)
Work Experience:
4-5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or growth roles
Prior exposure to
EdTech, Healthcare, SaaS, AI, or Education-led businesses
is a strong advantage
