What You'll Do
Own end-to-end sales across both Athmick (B2B/Enterprise) and MockSprint (B2C/B2I)
Drive new business with global enterprises, GCCs, large staffing/recruitment firms, and tech-enabled organizations
Lead institutional sales by onboarding colleges, universities, and training partners for MockSprint
Identify and pitch to HR leaders, TA heads, CXOs, TPOs, deans, and training heads
Launch targeted outbound campaigns, qualify leads, run demos, and close deals with speed and precision
Build revenue pipelines across India, the US, APAC, Middle East, and other global markets
Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success to shape GTM execution
Consistently meet and exceed targets -- earn high-impact incentives and own growth
What We're Looking For
0-3 years of experience in B2B and/or institutional sales, preferably in HR Tech, EdTech, or AI SaaS
Proven track record of closing large enterprise or institutional deals
Strong understanding of the recruitment ecosystem, talent lifecycle, or candidate journey
Highly self-driven, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused -- you make things happen
Exceptional pitching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Bonus: Experience in international sales (e.g., US, Middle East, Southeast Asia)

Base Salary: ₹2-4 LPA
Performance-Based Incentives: Uncapped, tiered commissions -- top performers can earn an additional ?2-3 LPA+
