We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Lead - EdTech Sector to accelerate business expansion and build strong institutional partnerships within the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate will identify new opportunities, nurture key client relationships, and support revenue growth through well-structured sales and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities within the EdTech ecosystem.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and drive business growth.
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, partners, and educational institutions.
Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.
Utilise CRM tools to monitor, analyse, and enhance sales performance.
Represent the organisation at events, conferences, exhibitions, and key client meetings.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (EdTech, SaaS, or similar industries preferred).
Strong knowledge of B2B and institutional sales cycles.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Self-driven, organised, and capable of working independently as well as within cross-functional teams.
