Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product/service offerings.
Manage inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Identify, qualify, and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and CRM tools.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams for campaign follow-ups.
Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities.
Skills & QualificationsFor Freshers:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong willingness to learn and build a career in sales.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset.
For Experienced Candidates:
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
