Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Meet the Dairy Farmers on daily basis.

• Acquire a thorough understanding of Dairy Farmers and their needs and requirements

• Generate a good flow of demand from the Dairy Farmers

• Expand the network of Dairy Farmers and maintain relationships with existing farmers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

• Develop trust worthy relationships with a portfolio of major dairy partners to ensure smooth transactions

• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

• Serve as the link of communication between key Dairy Farmers and internal teams

• Resolve any issues and problems faced by Dairy Farmers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

• Play an integral part in generating new orders that will turn into long-lasting relationships with the Dairy Farmers

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Development Manager.

• Experience in field sales and providing solutions based on Dairy Farmer needs

• Experience in relevant industries like cattle feed, seeds and fertilizers, etc.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

• Hustler and Go getting Attitude

• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9450,000.00 - 9650,000.00 per year Schedule:

• Day shift

• Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor\'s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
