Duties

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach initiatives Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and market share Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals effectively Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business growth objectives Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations

Requirements

Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of achieving targets Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with marketing principles and techniques for lead generation and brand positioning Proficiency in using project management tools to coordinate efforts across teams A proactive mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly and foster lasting relationships
