Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through outbound and inbound channels
Conduct discovery calls and client meetings (in-person or virtual)
Pitch digital marketing, social media management, website development, and branding services
Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships post-closure
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover
Track sales performance and maintain accurate CRM records
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in business development or sales (agency experience preferred)
Strong negotiation, pitching, and closing skills
Good understanding of digital marketing, websites, or creative services
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
